April 13th Dinner Post

Good Morning!

We have a sun that is giving forth all of its splendor from a cloudless sky with the high of a warm 80 and the low of 53.

Chicken salad sandwiches, a veggie tray, a fruit tray and smoothies will be dinner this evening.

Its another gorgeous day! Hubby put up my clothesline yesterday and I'm so thankful for that, I love to hang my laundry! Will have a full line out there today.
I was leaning towards making some kind of casserole for dinner but quickly changed my mind with this summer-like weather....we will have BBQ cheese burgers and a salad.

I put some nice pork loin ribs on but I'm not sure my stomach will take it . I will give it a try.

Now I am searching for something crafty for a six year old. No success so far.

It’s been a fairly nice day, getting a bit cool and cloudy now. I did finish my book club book this afternoon, fascinating story. It was The Garden of Evening Mists by Tan Twan Eng. I definitely recommend it. Now I’m going to dig in and finish that darn Outlander book I’ve been slogging through for so long. Only 200 pages to go! I did call and schedule a routine service appointment for my car for next week, need it road ready for when my DIL and I drive over to Montana next month.

I had an enjoyable dinner with my neighbor last night, so, tonight I’m making the creamy tarragon chicken with some pasta and asparagus that I didn’t do yesterday.
