April 15th Dinner Post

Good Morning!

A mostly sunny sky with a warm 79 and the low of 60. We reached over 80 yesterday so we might do the same today.

I am solo tonight and have no clue what I will have. I am sure that something will call my name, just not sure what at the moment.

What will be your dinner tonight?

Partly cloudy but nice. High 77 low 55.

Dropped in to my sister's yesterday. Found her unable to walk or stand. She's had hip problems for yrs. Spent the afternoon helping her. Got her meds, went and got her a cane and a bottle of Stop Pain. She was moving slowly but moving. I've been cooking green beans, potatos and smoked sausage with cornbread patties. Her fav. Also made enough for the neighbors and us.

Dark and cloudy today, and rain expected this evening through about Wednesday. I really haven’t done much of anything today but that’s not a bad thing. I do need to get out the shop vac and clean up the front seat area of my car in the next couple of days.

I’m going to reheat the chicken with tarragon cream sauce and make a couple of needed modifications to it and make some pasta to mix with it.
