    Good Morning!

The rain moved in last night and continues throughout the day. The high will be 44 and the low of 33 with snow likely in the snowbelt region, me, continuing into tomorrow morning. Yes, snow!!

DGS put potatoes, carrots, onions and chicken in the crockpot this morning and said he will finish up the final touches tonight.

    What will be your dinner?
Heritic, rebel, a thing to flount,
He drew a circle that shut me out.
But love and I had the wit to win,
We drew a circle that took him in.

Winter is not done with us. High 48 low 30. Wind chill in mid 20s. The wind is crazy. Blew me to the barn, didn't know of I'd make it back up the hill. Lol. And freakin cold. We had a skift of snow this morning with more on the way

Thought it'd be a good day for roast chicken, garlic potatos. Veg to be decided later.

We had rain in the night, but woke to sunny skies, supposed to rain later...very chilly here as well.
I'm going to make some spaghetti sauce for dinner, had thought about lasagne first off but not feeling that energetic.

I haven’t got a clue what to fix. I had leftovers for lunch. If I had thawed meat I would mak chili but probably would not eat it. I have potatoes I could use to make a Spanish tortilla. I also have salad so I will fix something soon.

Cool and very cloudy today, just saw some light rain starting up a few minutes ago. I spent some time on my little elliptical and reading at the same time. I am bound and determined I’m going to finish that Outlander book this week, it has been a real slog fest trying to get it done. It’s so heavy that it’s hard to hold on to and out of curiosity I weighed it; it weighs 1 lb 15 oz and it’s a paperback! I know I could have quit reading it but I’ve only ever done that once that I can remember.

I’m going to chop up some rotisserie chicken breast I took out of the freezer and mix it with the rest of the bag of elote chopped salad and I’m going to have a Trader Joe’s green chile and cheese tamale with it.
