Just been crazy busy, Sold 4 properties, bought 3 so paperwork, inspections and such. I had to evict someone today which just sucks. I feel bad but I also spent 120k of my money. It is awful all around. I took her cats to the shelter and changed the locks. Her kids wont take her in so I had to drive this lady to the homeless shelter. Taking a 65 year old woman to a homeless shelter does not feel good. Her two kids both live close by but refuse to care for her. Her furnace didn't work so she was running plug in heaters which is a huge fire risk. My workers are gutting the place tomorrow because it smells like cat urine. I don't know how to feel today., but it is not good.

I don't think I would feel good about that either muz. You did more than some would as they would put her and the cats out on the street and not think twice about it.

This icky, rainy, cold weather does not help anyone feel cheerful. Have a nice day and know you did the best you could.
