April 30th Dinner Post

Good Morning!

It is cloudy and raining along with the high of 53 and the low of 39.

Dinner will be a sheet pan meal of chicken, parsnips, butternut squash and broccoli.

What will be your Sunday dinner?

Rain, rain, rain! So depressing
I want to use up a lot of the meat in our freezers before buying anymore, so I found some nice thick cut boneless pork chops I will bake with cream of mushroom soup on top, I will saute some onions/mushrooms to add to the mixture. Got some brown rice for hubby - I don't care for it much so I'll have white. And have some asparagus

Another month, gone! It doesn’t seem possible it’ll be May tomorrow. It’s been cool and cloudy today, quite a change from yesterday. I spent the afternoon at a barbecue at Jeremy’s house in Sedro-Woolley, it was very nice and we had plenty of food, and my potato salad was well received. Traffic going through Mount Vernon was really heavy in both directions because of the Tulip Festival, although it wasn’t as heavy as it was yesterday when it was sunny and warm.

I’m really not hungry right now, there was plenty of food this afternoon. I may have some more potato salad later but I don’t have any real dinner plans.
