Good Morning!

It is cloudy with yes, more rain, with the high of 46 and the low of 34.

Dinner tonight will be corned beef hash, scrambled eggs, applesauce and biscuits hot out of the oven.

What will be your evening meal?

Its cold and rainy and very blah today. Catching up on laundry is on the agenda. Thrying to make some freezer space so tonight we will have prime rib.

It’s been kind of cold and cloudy today. We’re definitely having some schizophrenic weather this spring. I’ve been doing some laundry and napping a bit today. I didn’t sleep all that well last night. My cat somehow got on the roof late last night and nothing I could do would coax her down so I left her outside all night, but I did check on her a couple of times. She was right outside the back door this morning and has not wanted back out all day. There aren’t any easy access points to get on the roof and it would have been just as hard to get down. I hope she learned her lesson!

I’m making a dish I haven’t made in several years for dinner tonight. It’s Mexican Squash Casserole with Tomatoes and Cheese. I’m going to use some fire roasted tomatoes in it and and add olives and maybe some roasted green chiles. I’ll have some cilantro rice with it.

Hello all,

Today was a very chilly,breezy day!The wind just went right thru a person!

Tonight for dinner we had chicken fried steak,mashed potatoes w/brown gravy,broccoli spears,hot rolls & a razzle berry cobbler.Pure comfort food.
