Good Morning!

It will be a cloudy sky with the sun competing for it's time for shinning today. The high will 73 and the low of 46 along with a slight chance of rain.

Meatball sandwiches, oven baked sweet potato fries and kiwi, blueberries and strawberries will be dinner.

It’s a really nice day today, got up reasonably early so that I could start the marinating process on dinner for tonight. I made a quick trip to the Verizon store to get a replacement camera lens protector for my iPhone, somehow or other the one I had has gotten badly cracked, but the lenses themselves are fine. Not too much else going on today. I am looking forward to the Survivor finale tonight though.

I’m trying out a recipe from Milk Street Magazine for Skillet Roasted Peruvian Style Chicken and Potatoes. It’s been marinating all day in some Peruvian spice pastes and I’ll make Aji Verde sauce to go with it. I ordered the Peruvian condiments from Amazon. I love Peruvian food and one of the only things I miss from SoCal is El Pollo Inka restaurants and their great Peruvian food.

Hello all,
It was a beautiful day today w/temps in the middle 70's,a light breeze & bright beautiful sunshine peeking thru an almost cloudless sky.Simply gorgeous day for a backyard picnic w/DH & I.
So for our dinner picnic we had breaded pork tenderloin on grilled bun sandwiches,potato salad,corn pudding & brownies.It was a nice evening, we had fun!
