May 31st Dinner Post

Good Morning!

It will be another lovely day with the high of a warmer temperature of 88 and the low of 60. I am thinking the AC will kick on at some point today.

I hard boiled some eggs this morning and made egg salad for sandwiches, applesauce, raw veggies with dip and fruit will be dinner.

What will you be having this Wednesday night for your dinner?

May is gone, June waiting at the door. This year is flying by so fast. It was a very pretty day today, and I decided I’d do Walmart today instead of waiting until tomorrow. I also stopped at the drive-thru car wash and got my filthy Subaru washed. It’s not perfect but it’s way better than it was and it was only $10 plus tip.

I’m going to make breakfast for dinner tonight. Fresh made Belgian waffle, bacon and a fried egg with real maple syrup.
