June 11th Dinner Post

Good Morning!

It is very hazy this morning with a good chance of rain in early afternoon. Fingers crossed on that one. The high of 80 and the low of 57.

Last nights dinner was so good that we will have the leftovers tonight along with chocolate pudding.

What will be your Sunday meal?

"They" say high of 69 today and RAIN. I pray we get rain. I pulled out a pork butt last night figured it will be cool enough to have the oven on for hours.


It's been raining 3 hrs. Lightly then alittle heavier. Happy dance happy dance.

It’s a pretty day today, it was cloudy but it did clear up this afternoon. Not too much happening here at all, just doing the usual little tasks that need to be done and doing some reading.

I’m going to heat up the rest of the smoked sausage, potato, onion and bell pepper dish I made and have some garlic bread with it.

Moving is finally over!!!! Now its going to take forever to do the unpacking. My daughter helped me do a move out clean on the old house. We were there for 10 hours scrubbing but everything is all done. The painters start Wednesday and whew am I tired. Anyways I made instant pot spaghetti because that is what I could find the ingredients for.
