Good Morning!

It is a beautiful sunny morning with the high a warm 82 and the low of 58.

I will make BBQ chicken sandwiches, salad and watermelon for dinner tonight.

What will you be having?

Still very cold weather for South Australia. We had a busy day starting with doctors' appointments, then on to the podiatrist for both of us. After all that we took the wet washing to the laundromat and put it all through a dryer. We are driving back to Melbourne on Friday afternoon to see Immy on her birthday and I want to pack our bags as soon as I can instead of putting it off until an hour before we are due to leave... I also went to a couple of op shops but didn't find anything to buy. No Build-a-Bears to rescue and no craft supplies that I could use. Other than that, we didn't do anything. Tomorrow will be different... it's poker day. We live an exciting life! *LOL*

For dinner we had air fried chicken thighs; John had potato, onion, carrots and peas... I had stir fried vegetables. My diet is going well in preparation for surgery... lost 26lb so far.

Cool and cloudy kind of lazy day today. My sinuses are giving me fits this afternoon, must be time for some Sudafed.

I’m going to heat up some of the smoked flank steak I had in the freezer, and I’ll have the other half of the huge baked sweet potato I made and some roasted asparagus.

Its been pretty hot out today but there was a cool breeze every now & then.The average for the whole week will be in the 80's I say yuck! Not looking forward to that!!

For din-din tonight we had leftovers from yesterday.Pot roast,mashed potatoes & roast gravy,corn,roasted carrots &; coleslaw. Iced tea w/lemon.For dessert Lady Baltimore cake.
