June 20th Dinner Post

Good Morning!

It is overcast with a chance of rain today along with humidity climbing and the high of 83 and the low of 63.

I think a cobb salad sounds good with the last of the chicken being used, homemade dinner rolls and Waldorf salad.

What will be your dinner tonight?

I am thinking sheet pan nachos but cheeseburgers sound good. I have really been on a burger kick lately.

I was raining pretty hard all morning and into the early afternoon. I will say my front lawn sure needed it. My next door neighbors let me know yesterday that their daughters will be having an end of school party tonight and they were wondering if some of the guests could park in my driveway. I have no problem with that at all, they know they can but they always ask, which I appreciate. They can get at least 4 cars in the driveway because I park in the garage. I let the neighbor kids use my driveway for chalk drawings, hopscotch, anything they want to do, they’re all so sweet.

Dinner tonight is ham loaf and I’m going to make a batch of the Noodles Romanoff clone and some green beans.

Another day dawned bright, beautiful and HOT!
these last few days have been weird for me too many different things happening and not coping great. I threw my back out hanging out my laundry on new line lol, and because of that, was not able to watch our grandson over night on Friday. Few days of doing basically nothing and now I'm back physically.
Dinner was another BBQ'd meal...peameal/fried onions, cheese & pickle mac salad.

Another high in the upper 80s with low humidity & a cool breeze blowing so didnt have to turn on the ac.

For dinner we had.Tuna salad sammies,chips,iced tea w/lemon & Lady Baltimore cake.
