July 1st Dinner Post

Good Morning!

It is another smoke-filled sky along with a humid and hot day with a high of 86 and the low of 70. I guess July wanted noticed so is coming in with weather that will get our attention.

Pasta salad, grilled chicken and fruit will be dinner.

What will you be having?

It is light gray out now. It was dark dark gray all morning. Had to turn lights on. Has been raining, pouring all morning. Very humid 78.
Gonna sear some brats, fried potatos and cream corn. Love cream corn over fried potatos. No carbs there.

Lazy day at my home. Later today I will likely Uber to my daughters home. Right now they are out looking at homes. They have a nice home now but I suspect they are interest in a quieter location.

Wow, half this year is gone already! It doesn’t seem possible. It’s been a nice sunny day, but we’re supposed to get much warmer in the next few days.

Tonight’s dinner is cube steak, some Trader Joe’s mushroom risotto and some sited zucchini.
