July 31st Dinner Post

Good Morning!

It is a beautiful sunny morning with some smoke haze that is not heavy, and no humidity thank goodness. The high of 78 and the low of 60.

I am making chicken tacos this evening along with raw veggies and a fruit salad.

What meal is calling your name?

No clue what so ever. I have ground beef and chicken breast, thighs and a whole chicken. I kind of want smoked meatballs but that also seems like a lot of work today.

I am definitely not sure what I will fix for dinner this evening. I suspect it may be breakfast.

It’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood today! I had such a good time last night, thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. Tasty dinner and the most decadent cheesecake dessert ever and a fantastic show. The tribute band was amazing, and the place was really jumping, full of older baby boomers like me all having a great time. I even ordered a virgin strawberry margarita! Today I’m just feeling lazy and relaxing.

In keeping with feeling lazy but wanting something good to eat I shopped my freezer and took out a serving of green chile chicken stuffed spaghetti squash and I’ll have some fresh sliced tomatoes with it.
