Good Morning!

It is a pre-fall day with an overcast sky and sprinkles with the sun moving in later today and the high of an awesome 68 and the low of 54.

A sheet pan meal of pork chops, apple half's, butternut squash, roasted radishes, broccoli and onions will be dinner along with sliced tomatoes.

I thought about fixing tacos but don’t have much of an appetite today. It is still early so hopefully my appetite will increase and I will come up with a plan.

It’s another cool and cloudy day today, pretty quiet around the neighborhood. I did some laundry, paid a few bills, just the usual must do things. I will say that thoroughly cleaning the gunk out of my dryer vent hose and lint filter made a huge improvement in efficiency! I’m telling myself that I need to get in and do that every couple of months or so, let’s see if I stick to it!

I’m going to have more of the Georgian chicken and mashed potatoes that I made last night. It was so tasty and the combination of the herbs and spices was just out of this world. It’s a definite make again dish.
