September 6th Dinner Post

Good Morning!

It is another HHH day with the high of 88 and the low of 67.

Sloppy joes, applesauce, and fruit salad will be dinner.

Beautiful day today! Sunny with a high of 71°. I went to my Dermatology appointment in Everett this morning for a full body skin check. Most of my concerns are what she calls “wisdom marks” rather than age spots or barnacles, I kind of like that. She did find one concerning spot on my back so she did a biopsy on it, and used liquid nitrogen on a spot on my nose. Better safe than sorry I always say. After I left there I went to Trader Joe’s for a few things, I stuck pretty close to what was on my list. I felt an overwhelming need for a nap after I got home.

I’m going to have one of the Harvest chicken salads I got there and what was left of my ribeye steak from Monday night.
