FRAN'S RASPBERRY CHEESE DIP
4 cups finely shredded cheese (Fran uses the 4 flavor kind)
8 green onions, chopped, tops and all
3/4 cup chopped pecans
3/4 Hellmans Mayonnaise
Mix well and press into a pie pan. Chill overnight. Unmold onto a seving platter. Top with an 18oz jar Smuckers Red Raspberrry Preserves (or flavor of your choice).
Serve with crackers like Wheat Thins.
