    8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
    1 Can Black Beans, rinsed & drained
    1/4 c finely chopped red onion
    1 jar Raspberry Salsa (in specialty stores, I get it at Fresh Market)
    8 oz shredded Monterey Jack

    In 8x8 baking dish spread cream cheese. Top with black beans and onion. Pour salsa over top. Sprinkle cheese over salsa. Bake 20-30 minutes in 325 degree oven until cheese is melted and dip starts to bubble. Serve with tortilla chips.
