This stuff is so good! My family loves it for a quick supper. Here's my version, even easier.
2Cans Hormel Veggie chili (very lowfat)
8oz cream cheese
2C grated cheddar cheese
1/2TBL chili powder
Chopped green onion
**for a quick meal, I add 1/2lb cooked ground beef to chili
Spread cream cheese in bottom of glass dish. Sprinkle with chili powder. Pour on chili. Spread cheese evenly over top. Sprinkle chili powder. Micro for 3-4 min on High. Check, see if its hot all thru and cheese melted. If not, go another minute. Garnish with chopped green onion.
Serve with taco chips, fritos scoops.
