Jarlesberg Dip

I do a dip similar to this one that Rachel Ray had on one of her shows... w/ crumbled, crisp bacon and chopped smoked almonds on top. YUMMM... Swiss cheese is my FAV!!

OOOOO, is this stuff addicting and smells so good while baking ~ Fatkat

JARLESBERG DIP

2 cups shredded Jarlesberg cheese
2 cups grated sweet onion (do not substitute)
1 cup mayonnaise

Mix all well and place in a glass baking dish.
Bake 350° for 45 minutes.
Serve warm with crackers, bread, pita chips.
