Nacho Cheese Dip

1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 stick butter
14 1/2 oz. can chicken broth
2 T. flour
8 oz. Monterey Jack with jalapeno, grated
3/4 lb. Velveeta, grated

Saute onion and pepper in butter for 5 minutes. Fold in flour over low heat. Stir until thickened. Add chicken broth and stir. Add cheeses, stir until melted, over low heat.
