MOZZARELLA STICKS
1-2 pkgs of string cheese
1-2 egss, beaten
Italian breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon milk
oil for deep frying
Add milk to beaten eggs.
Cut sting cheese sticks in half, dip in egg/milk mixture and then roll in italian breadcrumbs.
Drop into deep fryer until good and golden brown.
I serve these with cucumber ranch dressing
