Deviled Eggs

6-8 eggs
mayonnaise (more or less to your taste)
salt & pepper to taste
mustard ( more ore less to your taste)
paprika for garnish

Boil eggs 10-15 mins until hard boiled, peel eggshells and slice eggs in half lengthwise, place egg yolks in a separate small bowl.

Using a fork mash the egg yolks, add to this salt and pepper to taste and mayonnaise and mustard using as much or less as your taste desires.

Using a spoon refill egg white with egg yolk mixture.

Sprinkle paprika on top of the finished egg.

*** grandmother also added a pinch of sugar and a little vinegar, i omitted this as my family doesn't like it as well
