Mexi-Dip:
1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/4 medium green pepper, finely chopped (about 1/4 cup)
1 can (8 oz.s) tomato sauce
1 can (16 oz.s) taco seasoning mix
Sour Cream Topping (below)
Finely shredded lettuce
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Cook and stir hamburger in 10-inch skillet until brown; drain. Stir in mustard, chili powder, onions and green pepper, beans, tomato sauce and taco seasoning mix. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Spread in ungreased pie plate, 9x1 1/4 inches.
Spread sour cream topping over ground beef mixture. Sprinkle with lettuce and cheese. Serve wih corn chips if desired. About 3 1/2 cups dip.
