    Baked Brie

    1 (8-10 inch) round Brie cheese
    1 c. chutney, finely chopped
    1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1/4 c. green onion, including tops, minced

    Your choice of crackers

    Place Brie in a 10 inch ovenproof dish or quiche dish; spread chutney to within one inch of edge. Top with crumbled bacon. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly. Remove from oven and top with green onion. Serve hot Brie with crackers.
