Layered Bean Dip Hors D'oevres:
1-31 oz. can Old El Paso refried beans
1-4 oz. can chopped green chilies, drained
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
Mix well and spread on 12" serving platter.
2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
2 T. lemon juice
1/2 cup taco sauce
Blend till smooth and spread on top of bean mixture, then layer 1 1/2 cups sour cream. Top with 3 cups shredded lettuce, 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese and sliced black olives. (May add more sauce to top of lettuce.) Serve with tortilla chips. Serves 12.
