CHICKEN FAJITA DIP
1 - 8oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup cooked chicken breast fajita strips, chopped
1 ½ cups shredded Chihuahua Cheese
½ cup salsa
Tortilla Chips
Preheat oven to 350. Combine cream cheese, Chihuaha cheese and salsa. Beat with an electric mixer until well blended. Stir in chicken. Pour into a 9 inch pie plate.
Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 8 servings.
