1 (12-oz.) container (1 1/2 cups) cream cheese softened
2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
3 tablespoons Italian-style dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 (2.8-oz.) can sliced black olives, drained
2 tablespoons finely chopped green bell pepper
2 tablespoons finely chopped red bell pepper
1 oz. (1/4 cup) shreddded fresh Parmesan cheese
1. Heat oven to 400. In small bowl, combine cream cheese, Italian seasonig; blend well. Spread evenly in bottom of 9-inch shallow dish or glass pie pan.
2. Sprinkle bread crumbs over cream cheese mixture. Spoon pizza sauce over top. Sprinkle with olives, bell peppers and cheese.
3. Bake at 500 for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
4. Serve warm with assorted cut-up fresh vegeables and crisp breadsticks.
