4 ripe avocadoes, seed removed
2 green onions, chopped fine
2 roma tomatoes diced small
1/4 c. finely diced red onion
1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro
1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. ancho chile powder
salt and pepper to taste

Scoop the flesh out of the avocado and into a large mixing bowl. Using a fork, coarsely mash avocadoes leaving some chunks. Add remaining ingredients and stir gently until well blended.
