This is sooo good if you like reuben's. I made it for a brunch on Tues. and it was a huge hit..and so simple to make.
Crockpot Reuben Dip
1 c. sauerkraut, drained well
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. thousand island dressing
6 oz. corned beef, chopped
8 oz. shredded swiss cheese
Throw together in crockpot, on low for 3 hours and serve with rye bread
