    These are great to give away for presents in a plastic bag tied with a ribbon and so easy.

    Sugar and Cinnamon Spiced Pecans

    1 lb. pecan halves
    1 egg white
    1 tablespon water
    1 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 cup margarine or butter


    1. Whip egg white until frothy.
    2. Add water, sugar and cinnamon.
    3. In a 13x9" cake pan, melt the margarine or butter.
    4. Pour pecans in egg mixture, stir well, then pour into pan.
    5. Bake at 250 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring every 15 minutes.
