Tuna Spread (Dip)
This is sooo yummy with Ritz crackers!
4 (6 oz.each) cans tuna,drained
1 (8 oz.)pkg.softened cream cheese
1/2 c.finely minced yellow onion
1 & 1/2 Tbls.lemon juice
2 tsp.prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp.salt
3/4 tsp.liquid smoke
Combine all ingredient,mix well & chill for at least 2 hours.Serve w/crackers.Yummy!!
