Caramel Pecan Pretzel Candy
1 package Snyder Mini Pretzels (or small squares)
1 13-oz. package Rolo Candies (approx. 63 candies)
1 package Pecan Halves
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 250̊. Cover a cookie sheet with
aluminum foil. Place pretzels to form one layer only.
Place one Rolo Candy on top of each pretzel.
Bake at 250 degrees for 4 minutes or until the candies
softened. Immediately remove from the oven and quickly
place a pecan half on top of a candy. Push down to
flatten out caramel into pretzel and set pecan.
Cool for 20 minutes, then place uncovered in refrigerator
for about 20 minutes to set. Serve or place in containers for gift giving.
Chocolate Pretzel Rings
48 to 50 pretzel rings
1 (8oz) pkg milk chocolate kisses
1/4 cup red and green M & M's (or other color)
Preheat oven to 275° F.
Place the pretzels on greased baking sheets; place a chocolate kiss in the center of each ring. Bake at 275 degrees for 2-3 min. or until chocolate is softened.
Remove from the oven. Place am M & M on each, press down slightly so chocolate fills the ring.
Refrigerate for 5-10 min. or until chocolate is firm. Store at room temp. Yield: about 4 dozen
