This is From a Seafood restaurant I worked at in Washington. It is so good I had to sneak the recipe. I always make it for family gatherings.
Crab Artichoke & Fontina Cheese Dip
1 Lb. Crab Meat
3 Cups Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
1/8 of a Red Onion (chopped)
1 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 TBSP Red Robin Seasoning
1/8 Cup Fresh Parsley (chopped)
1 3/4 Can of Napolean Quartered Artichokes
(Not marinated) (chopped)
Fontina Cheese (shredded)
1.) Mix first seven ingredients together and place in a small casserole dish.
2.) Top with plenty Fontina Cheese.
3.) Bake at 350 for about 20-25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
* Serve with sliced baguettes
