Chili con Queso:
Makes 1&1/4 cups dip
1 c.shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese(about 4 oz.)
1 can(4 oz.)chopped green chilies,drained
1/4 c.half&half
2 Tbls.finely chopped onion
2 tsp.ground cumin
1/2 tsp.salt
Heat all ingredients over low heat,stirring constantly til cheese is melted.
