    Jicama Appetizer(Jicama con Limon y Chile):

    Yields about 3&1/2 dozen appetizers

    1 jicama(about 2 lbs.)
    juice of 1 lemon(about 1/4 c.)
    1 tsp.salt
    1 tsp.chili powder

    Peel jicama,cut into fourths.Cut each fourth into 1/4"slices.Arrange slices on a serving plate.Drizzle with lemon juice,sprinkle with salt & chili powder.Refrigerate til chilled,at least 2 hours.
