    Chile Cheese Squares

    8 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    12 ozs. Monterey Jack Cheese shredded*
    12 ozs. ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
    little lemon juice n zest to taste
    dash of cayenne pepper**
    2 garlic cloves minced

    Grease 9” x 13” pan. Mix all ingredients-Pour into pan-bake-350° F.
    15 to 20 minutes-so it's heated through Serve with tostado’s-crackers or on toasted bread.

    Notes~ add some diced seeded jalapeno's or serrano peppers. Sub Monterey with Mexican Blend or Asiago or
    Pepper Jack cheese.

    Cheese Yummy yummy this recipes looks very fresh i would like to tell that there has to be some more recipes for cheese on this forum.

      I would bet on it taking longer to bake in my oven, but I'm going to try it----if the weather ever cools off.
