Need to find someone in the Chicagoland Western suburbs that has been to Papadeux's Restaurant in the Oakbrook area. Now they have changed their crab cakes and making a mustard sauce served with them. Going back a few years ago the crab cakes on the appetizers were served with a salsa or relish type sauce that was served with them. I have been looking for a copykat recipe for this salsa/relish that was served along with the outstanding crab cakes. Anybody out there know of this?
