1 pound mozzarella
1/4 cup flour
2 eggs
1/3 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
vegetable oil
mix together bread crumbs and Parmesan in a bowl and set aside.
Cut mozzarella into 1/2 inch sticks. roll each stick in flour and then in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs.
In a large sauce pan or fry daddy deep fry cheese in small batches just until golden brown. drain on paper towels; serve and enjoy
