I think these sound wonderful

Apricot Kielbasa Slices

1 pound fully cooked kielbasa cut into 1/4 inch slices
1 jar (12 ounces) apricot preserves
2 TBSP lemon juice
2 tsp Dijijon mustard

Brown kielbasa in a skillet, drain and set aside. Add the remaining ingredients to the skillet, cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Return Kielbasa to pan and cook for 5-6 minutes. Serve warm.

You could put this in a pretty dish and have toothpicks available to use for the kielbasa.
