Peach Daiquiri #2 recipe
Scale ingredients to servings

1 cup frozen peaches
1 dash vanilla extract
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tbsp superfine sugar
1 1/2 oz light rum
1 cup crushed ice
1 oz peach schnapps
1/2 oz apricot brandy

Combine the peaches, lime juice, rum, schnapps, brandy, vanilla, and sugar in the blender until smooth. Slowly add the ice with the blender running and process until smooth. Serve in chilled cocktail glasses.Serve in:
