You can double, triple the recipe depending on your blender size. You can use combination of ice creams & liqueurs. Be careful! This can slip up on you!
1/2 cups chilled STRONG black coffee
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1 T. Tia maria liqueurs
1 shot of rum, brandy or Jack Daniels
Nice handfull of ice cubes
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and fluffy. Pour into large frosted glasses and serve with a spoon.
