    Pomtini

    (makes one)
    1 shot chilled Pomegrante juice*
    1 shot chilled grapefruit juice
    1 shot (citron) vodka
    1/2 shot sour mix

Pour into a shaker filled 1/2 full of ice. Shake and strain / pour into martini glass. Enjoy!

*found in the refridgerated section of the produce department.

    COLLEEN ADDED A COUPLE NOTES:

Alrighty ladies, if you don't want a tart martini thne you may want to get the sweetened grapfruit juice or adjust the amount of GF juice to taste.

Good stuff. I cannot wait until the weekend!

I made them again this past weekend and cut back 1/2 on the (unsweetened) grapefruit juice. I liked it better.

Thanks for sharing your recipe WeCare!

I made my first Pomegranate Martini on the week-end. It was a little different.

    Pomagranatini

    1 part Pomegrante juice
1 part orange liqueur (e.g. Grand Marnier)
    1 part vodka
    crushed ice
    twist of orange zest
    pomagrante seeds

Pour vodka, orange liqueur and pomegranate juice in a shaker and add crushed ice. Shake vigorously and strain into glass. Garnish with twist of orange zest and a few pomagrante seeds.
