One of our Sand Sifters Beach Cleanup volunteers told me that this cake was delicious. I made one for my friend Wanda Jackson who served it to 11 of her family members. They called her from all over the country to get this recipe.
Judy Youngblood in Maryland, thank you so much for this outstanding cake recipe. I have one in the oven right now. We can't wait to see you back here in Florida in October for more beach cleanup and some fun.
Kaluha Chocolate Cake
1 box of devil's food cake mix
1 small box of instant choc. pudding
1 large (16 oz.) sour cream
2 eggs
1/4 cup oil
1/2-2/3 cup of Kaluha
1 16 oz. bag of mini-chocolate bits
Mix all together. Bake in a greased and floured bundt pan at 375 for 45+ minutes.
