    More like a cake than a bread......

    Makes 2 9 X 5 loaves

    Beat Together:
    2 Cups Sugar
    1 Cup oil
    4 Eggs

    Sift Together:

    3 Cups of Flour
    1 Tbs. baking powder

    Add to creamed mixture alternately:

    sifted mixture and 1 Can of evaporated milk to all are used.

    Topping and Streusel Mix::

    1/2 Cup of coarsely chopped nuts with 1/2 cup of sugar and several Tbs. of cinnamon ( enough to make brown)

    Heavily grease your loaf pans with crisco so that it is sort of thick on the inside of the pan. I use butter flavor. Sprinkle the topping mixture inside the pan to coat all if you were flouring the pan. It will stick to the crisco so that your bread has a crunchy cinnamon nut crust.

    Spoon batter mixture into the pan about a third of the way...then sprinkle streusel topping mix then another layer of batter ..then a final layer of topping mix. Repeat for second loaf.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes till tests clean and lightly golden on top.

    Let cool slightly before removing from the pan. Loaves will be cinnamon crusted and yummy.
