I made this for my co-workers and it was OUT OF THIS WORLD!! It was gone within the hour!

    Texas sheet cake

    1 C. Water
    1/2 C. Oil
    1 Stick Margarine
    4 Heaping T. Cocoa
    2 C. Flour
    2 C. Sugar
    1 t. Cinnamon
    1 t. Salt
    1 t. baking soda
    2 eggs
1/2 cup sour milk or buttermilk (no subs!)

    Icing:
    5-6 T. milk
    4 heaping T. Cocoa
    1 Stick margarine
    1 C. chopped pecans
    1 box powdered sugar

Boil first 4 ingredients. In a large mixing bowl mix sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, and soda. Add eggs, and milk to dry ingredients and mix. Add boiled mixture to rest of ingredients. Pour into a greased 15 in. pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

While the cake is baking bring milk, cocoa, margarine, to a boil. Mix in sugar. (will be runny!) Add chopped nuts. Ice cake while hot.
