    Pinch Cake – morning/brunch cake

    3 cans buttermilk bisquits
    1-1/4 cups sugar
3 tsp cinnamon (more if you want)
    ˝ cup butter

Fillers (as desired) pecan nuts, raisins, choc. Chips

In a bundt pan, sprinkle a little bit of pecan nuts (or whatever you desire) on the bottom. Mix sugar and cinnamon; quarter bisquits and shake in sugar mixture. Layer bisquits (sugared) into bundt pan and fillers as desired, between layers. Melt your butter and leftover sugar mixture together. Pour over your bisquit quarters. Bake at 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes (longer depending on your oven). Immediately turn out onto a plate once you pull it out of the oven. This is THE BEST brunch cake you’ll ever want to eat!!!!
