Popcorn Cake

Really great for a kids birthday
14 cups popped popcorn
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup peanuts
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup peanut butter
5 cups miniature marshmallows

Using either waxed paper, parchment, or aluminum foil, line a tube pan, or other pan that will hold 14 cups of popcorn. Mix popcorn, peanuts, and chocolate chips in a large bowl until very well mixed. Gently melt butter in a saucepan over low heat, or melt in microwave. Add peanut butter and marshmallows, and continue heating gently until marshmallows melt. Stir continuously so mixture will be smooth. Add peanut-butter and marshmallow mixture into popcorn mixture and stir until oated well. Press popcorn mixture into lined pan and allow it to cool completely. Cut into pieces to serve. Optional: Add gumdrops, jelly beans, colored sugars, buterscotch chips, etc., as desired. Gently decant cake onto a plate, and frost with whatever frosting, Cool Whip®, or whipped cream. Decorate as desired with little candies, gumdrops, jelly beans, fruit, gummie candies, etc.
