    Apple Cobbler

    1 Can Apple Pie Filling
    1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
    1/4 Cup Sugar
    1/2 Tsp Cinnamon

    1 Cup Flour
    1 Cup White Sugar
    1 Tsp Baking Powder
    1/4 Tsp Salt
    1 Egg, beaten
    1/2 Cup Milk
    1 Stick Butter, melted

    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray 2 qt baking dish with Pam.

    2. Pour pie filling into dish. Mis the 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and pecans. Sprinkle over apples.

    3. In a medium bow, mix the floour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder and salt. Whisk in egg, milk and melted butter. Pour over apple mixture.

    4. Bake in preheated oven for approx 55 min. Check after about 35-40 min.

NOte: I added a dash of nutmeg and I would consider using different canned pie fillings such as cherry or the berry ones. It is great!! (rec'd orig from Tea4twomen)
