Apple Cobbler
1 Can Apple Pie Filling
1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup White Sugar
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Egg, beaten
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Stick Butter, melted
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray 2 qt baking dish with Pam.
2. Pour pie filling into dish. Mis the 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and pecans. Sprinkle over apples.
3. In a medium bow, mix the floour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder and salt. Whisk in egg, milk and melted butter. Pour over apple mixture.
4. Bake in preheated oven for approx 55 min. Check after about 35-40 min.
NOte: I added a dash of nutmeg and I would consider using different canned pie fillings such as cherry or the berry ones. It is great!! (rec'd orig from Tea4twomen)
