This is a fun breakfast recipe that whole the family will enjoy. My kids like to help me make it as well. I got this recipe from a former co-worker.

    Monkey Bread

    3 cans (10 count) biscuits
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 stick butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. water
    1/2 c. chopped pecans

Spray or grease tube or bundt pan (the kind that does not come apart). Sprinkle pecans in bottom of pan. Quarter biscuits; roll in the 1/2 cup sugar/cinnamon mixture, stack in bundt pan. In saucepan, melt butter, add brown sugar and water, then pour over biscuits. Cook at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and invert onto serving plate.

    This is my co-worker's recipe...

    3 cans Pillsbury Biscuits
    1 cup sugar
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1 & 1/2 stick of melted & cooled butter
    3 tablespoons of maple syrup

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Cut your biscuits into fourths, roll around in your sugar & cinnamon mixture then throw into a bundt pan. Take left over sugar & cinnamon, add your butter and maple syrup and bring to a boil (not too thick but not runny..the "in-between stage") and then pour over your biscuits in the bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let it sit for about one minute and then flip onto a serving tray.
