You have to really love raspberries for this one!
Raspberry Cake
1 French Vanilla Cake mix
4 eggs
2/3 cup water
1 (3oz.) pkg. Sugar Free Raspberry Jello
1 pkg. frozen raspberries (thawed)
Mix all together until very well blended. Put in greased or sprayed 9x13 pan. Bake at 325º until toothpick comes out clean. About 30 minutes.
Frost: I used 1 can prepared creamy white frosting and mixed 1 pkg of Sugar Free Raspberry Jello with it.
Sometimes I just use the plain white forsting and don't bother mixing the jello in with it.
